Infotech Group started implementing a dispatch request management system at the Krasnogorsk branch of Mosoblenergo. The system automates the full life cycle of dispatch requests for repair and maintenance of the company’s electric grid assets.
According to expert estimates, the automation of dispatch request management can increase the reliability and continuity of power supply by up to 10%, by improving the scheduling based on the statistical data collected by the system.
At the first stage of the project, Infotech Group inspected the request management business process and the accounting records of vehicles and material assets at the Krasnogorsk branch of Mosoblenergo. In the course of the inspection, Infotech Group specialists examined and analyzed the processing of scheduled, unscheduled, emergency and breakdown requests, as well as the accounting records for vehicles, commodities and materials at the branch.
It should be pointed out that Infotech Group has developed a set of solutions for power grid companies. In addition to request management, the company automates the management of technical inspections and equipment repair (MRO), and offers a solution in intelligent monitoring and predicting the status of power equipment at substations. The key users of Infotech Group solutions include UEC, Energocomplex and other electric grid companies.
Mosoblenergo is one of the largest electric grid companies in the Moscow region. Today, the company operates 11,500 substations of various types and provides services for more than 41,000 kilometers of overhead and cable power lines.
