He started his career with working in consulting companies. In the early 2000s, during boom of dot-com companies, he was among the first to specialize in legal support of IT companies and Internet marketers.

In 2007, as Head of the Legal department in the company Softline Group, he arranged full legal support for the holding’s activities in Russia and abroad, including the development and implementation of software and IT services (SaaS, Cloud, WaaS), venture financing (M&A) and others activities.

From 2012 on, he has also been responsible for the reengineering and automation of the internal business processes of the operative business and primary activity of the Softline Group holding in Russia.

Alexey Savelyev

Head of products in Security

Alexey Savelyev started his career as a business analyst at Moscow Domodedovo Airport named after M.V. Lomonosov.


He worked as a leading IT analyst at Sberbank.


At Infotech Group, he made his way up the career ladder from a leading business analyst to Head of products in Security. He worked on the company’s key projects in the field of electric power engineering, safety and security, participated in the creation of the Infotech technology platform that became the basis for all of the company’s products.


As Head of products, he is involved in shaping and developing the product line for enterprises operating in the area of security and protection.

Alexey Savelyev graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), Aircraft Testing Department, with a degree in Engineering.


He completed the Digital Products Management training program for product managers at the NRU Higher School of Economics. He also studied the basic principles of corporate finance at the NRU HSE and completed a course in Industrial Organizations.

He studied marketing and sales management at the Academy of Management and Market (AM&M). He completed the Leadership Challenges program at SBA University.

Evgeny Saltykov

Deputy General Director for Project Activities

Evgeny Saltykov is a specialist in project, program and project portfolio management, a professional of time management and personal effectiveness with 15 years of experience in IT/telecommunications. For more than 10 years, he has managed public sector projects and programs and worked on the implementation of project approaches and optimization of project activities. He has implemented over 20 projects for major customers, such as the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, the Department of Information Technologies of Moscow, and the Ministry of Construction Complex of the Moscow Region.


In his capacity as head of the project office for the development of the Unified Procurement Information System (zakupki.gov.ru), he built an effective process for implementing new project initiatives.


He led a project aimed at establishing the Moscow Portal of Public Services and participated in the presentation of the portal for the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.


As a speaker, he takes part in business project management events in Russia. He is the author of articles on the practice of applying project approaches, time management and personal performance.

Mr. Saltykov graduated from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Department of Software Tools for Computers, Computer Systems and Computer Networks.

Daniil Grankin

Head of products in Energy

More than 10 years’ experience in managing IT projects in various fields: energy, finance, transport, public sector, etc. Expert in various project management methodologies: PRINCE2, Agile Scrum. He monitored and managed the development of software products from scratch, was engaged in building the architecture of high-performance systems, supervised the maintenance of super-large IT systems, and was the executive in charge of exports of foreign IT products to the Russian market.

He conducted the projects for development and implementation of systems for the Moscow Government, SUE Mosgortrans, a subsidiary of Rosatom (FSUE VNIIA named after Dukhov).

As a project manager, he participated in the implementation of IT projects on the federal level: New Wholesale Electricity and Power Market (NWEPM), launch of trades in the second price zone of the WEM (Siberia), and Unified Analytical Model of the Wholesale Electricity Market.

As a technical director, he managed the implementation of products in a leading commercial bank of the Republic of Belarus, JSC Bank BelVEB.

He is a co-author of a number of scientific publications on new ways and means to use information technologies in the electric power industry.

At Infotech Group, he manages the implementation and development of projects for key customer companies, such as United Energy Company. Mikhail Pozdnyakov

Mr. Pozdnyakov began his career in 2001 in the Rucard bank processing center, where he was engaged in software support of the terminal network.

From 2006 on, he was responsible for coordinating and documenting the processes of manufacturing and personalizing bank payment cards at NovaCard. He was involved in relations with suppliers of micromodules for swipe cards. He successfully launched the projects Home Credit & Finance Bank, Rusfinance, and Global Payments.

From 2011 on, he worked as analyst in the area of e-commerce, A3 payment services and Intervale. He launched integration with multiple payment integrators. He was the leading analyst in the Master Card Mobile project and the mass mail-out service of Sberbank, MTS, and Megafon.

In the Russian Union of motor insurers, as analyst and leader of the Business Development team, he was responsible for automating the internal processes of the executive office in the areas of auto insurance, vehicle inspection, complaints and handling public appeals, as well as judicial claims.

At Infotech Group, he is responsible for the organization of product teams in the areas of energy automation, security activities, service companies and the mining industry.
