He conducted the projects for development and implementation of systems for the Moscow Government, SUE Mosgortrans, a subsidiary of Rosatom (FSUE VNIIA named after Dukhov).

As a project manager, he participated in the implementation of IT projects on the federal level: New Wholesale Electricity and Power Market (NWEPM), launch of trades in the second price zone of the WEM (Siberia), and Unified Analytical Model of the Wholesale Electricity Market.

Eldar Damirov

At various stages of his career, he worked on software development, business analysis, managed custom software development and product development, supervised complex multipurpose projects, and participated in start-up projects as a consultant.

During his professional career, he took part in major Russian and international IT projects: creation and development of the web portal of the Moscow Government, the establishment of a system for photo and video recording of traffic violations; roll-out of the single Internet representation of Sberbank of Russia; introduction of Oracle eBusiness Suite at state telecommunications company Svyazinvest; development of a system for processing the applications of citizens to the United Russia party; creation of a marketing research system for GFKNOP, an international company, and many other projects.

At an IT company specializing in custom software development, he established the area of industrial automation, where, as head of the division representing the general contractor, he supervised the multipurpose program of oil tank farm automation for a large oil company, implemented MES and SCADA systems in the oil and gas sector, agricultural production, mining and concentrating sector.

He is the author and patent holder of an invention in the field of information technology and advertising.

Stanislav Galagan

Stanislav has extensive experience in the field of information technology. At various stages of his career, he worked in the positions of engineer, technical writer, and was soon promoted to the position of director and project manager.

As head of the Information Technology Department under the Committee of the Government of the Moscow Region, he was responsible for IT support of the Committee’s activities and conversion of public services into electronic format.

He managed the functioning of the federal portal of Federal Service for State Registration (Rosreestr), and was in charge of the provision and development of services for Russian citizens.

He holds a project management certificate “Corporate project management. Standard PMIPMBOK Guide 5 th Edition 2012” and a certificate of professional development for the program “Information Security: Personal Data Protection”.

He supervised the development and upgrade of the federal property management system of the Federal Property Management Agency. He is a seasoned expert and trainer in this field, conducting training courses and seminars for persons holding rights throughout the country.

He is a reserve officer, with the military specialty Long-Range Flight Control.

Mikhail Pozdnyakov

Mr. Pozdnyakov began his career in 2001 in the Rucard bank processing center, where he was engaged in software support of the terminal network.

From 2006 on, he was responsible for coordinating and documenting the processes of manufacturing and personalizing bank payment cards at NovaCard. He was involved in relations with suppliers of micromodules for swipe cards. He successfully launched the projects Home Credit & Finance Bank, Rusfinance, and Global Payments.

From 2011 on, he worked as analyst in the area of e-commerce, A3 payment services and Intervale. He launched integration with multiple payment integrators. He was the leading analyst in the Master Card Mobile project and the mass mail-out service of Sberbank, MTS, and Megafon.

In the Russian Union of motor insurers, as analyst and leader of the Business Development team, he was responsible for automating the internal processes of the executive office in the areas of auto insurance, vehicle inspection, complaints and handling public appeals, as well as judicial claims.
