Infotech Group system assists FSUE "Okhrana" of Rosgvardia in working with contractors

Infotech Group upgraded the contractor management system for the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Okhrana" of Rosgvardia. The system is a single database for storing information about the customers and contractors of the enterprise, as well as services provided.

Here, all the requests are handled, ranging from the generation of requests by users to their processing by employees of the enterprise. The upgrade made it possible to streamline the operations of employees who deal with customers and contractors. Less time is required to search for the necessary information and documentation; remote service can be provided through the personal account of a contractor. Moreover, the specialists of FSUE "Okhrana" of Rosgvardia have access to the most complete information on all requests, as well as the current status of their execution, thus enabling them to check the quality of the services provided.

Currently, work is underway to scale up the system across the various divisions of the enterprise.
