Infotech Infotech Group joins working group on implementation of SCADA and CIM in ROSSETI

Infotech Group joined the working group on the implementation of Russian SCADA systems for substations, automated process control systems (APCS), and a common information model (CIM) network. The first orientation meeting of the working group was held this week.

The working group brings together experts from ROSSETI, subsidiaries and affiliates of ROSSETI, SO UES, manufacturers of SCADA and a number of other organizations.

The main purpose of the working group is to coordinate the activities of the subsidiaries and affiliates of ROSSETI during the creation and implementation of Russian SCADA systems for substations and APCSs, as well as the implementation of the Common Information Model (CIM) network. The working group will draw up proposals for technical and functional requirements, as well as the organizational solutions required to achieve these goals.
