Infotech Group inspects Lenenergo's IT equipment stock

Lenenergo, one of Russia’s largest grid distribution companies, is conducting an audit of its IT infrastructure and planning to automate the key business processes. The company entrusted the analytical inspection of all the information systems operated by the production unit to Infotech Group.

During the inspection, Infotech Group will analyze the need for replacing or upgrading the information systems already operated by the grid company and study its key business processes, including customer relationship management, technological connection, transportation and electricity accounting management, calculation of the equipment condition index, financial and economic planning and budgeting, internal accounting, etc. As a result, experts of Infotech Group will frame recommendations that will enable Lenenergo to determine its priority areas of automation. 

Digitalization will help Lenenergo enhance the efficiency of its core business processes and the quality of services provided to consumers.
