Infotech Group completes a survey of Lenenergo’s IT infrastructure

Infotech Group completed an analytical survey of the software and hardware landscape in the information system operated by a Lenenergo production unit. As a result, the experts Infotech Group made recommendations that will enable Lenenergo to pinpoint the key areas of automation. 

“Overall, the business tasks performed by the company’s users are sufficiently covered by information systems,” noted Daniil Grankin, director of the Energy sector at Infotech Group. “We recommended further building out the strategy for automating production processes at Lenenergo, taking into account the need to increase the availability of information (so that all the departments can freely use the results obtained by other departments) and prevent any overlapping of system functionality (automation of similar tasks by different systems).”

We would like to point out that an audit of the software and hardware landscape of Lenenergo was conducted because of the company’s interest in automating its business processes. Digitalization will help the company to enhance the performance of key business objectives and the quality of customer service.
