Infotech Group automates Moslift

Infotech Group automates the largest elevator maintenance company in Eastern Europe: Moslift. A unified information management system for requests will be created for this enterprise. In total, about 70,000 elevators will be serviced by the system.

Every day, the elevators serviced by Moslift carry about 15 million people. In the event of a malfunction or an emergency situation (fire, flooding, etc.), Moslift’s Central Emergency Dispatch Service (CEDS) provides assistance to users. The dispatchers must promptly accept the request, send it to the electrical technicians or emergency team and monitor implementation of the task. The regulations are strict: in all cases, the service should take no more than 30 minutes.

The Infotech Group system not only automates the basic workflows of CEDS, but also provides the enterprise with the opportunity to centrally keep records of elevator equipment, employees and vehicles, plan regular operations, and draw up reports. All the information necessary for rapid response and planning will be available in one system. The new system will allow the elevator company to improve the quality of services provided.
