Providing in-house training to promising staff is a popular practice among high-tech companies. Infotech Group has proven through its own experience that this strategy really works. Nowadays, the company successfully employs a number of experts who started working while they were still students working at MSTU "STANKIN", the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU), and the Kazan Federal University. After having started their career path in the technical support unit, they made their way up the corporate ladder, becoming analysts, developers, or testers. Infotech Group intends to continue cooperation with Russian universities. In the near future, a series of meetings will be held with university students in Moscow and Kazan, where the company has its offices.

In summer 2017, a team of the Kazan branch of Infotech Group held lectures and master classes for graduate students of the Graduate School of Information Technology and Information Systems (ITIS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU). The future experts spent the whole day at the company's office, learning from experienced team leaders and project managers.
